You really feel old.....

I thought that I felt old when my oldest daughter went to Kindergarten!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter went to middle school!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter went to Young Women's!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter went to the mall with her friends by herself!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter starting wearing make up!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter starting talking to me about boys!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter went to high school! But.............

I'm pretty sure this is the oldest I felt so far...... my oldest daughter started Drivers Ed today!!!!

It is so crazy to think that I have a child who is starting Drivers Ed and can be driving with a permit in such a short amount of time. With her receiving her drivers license comes some excitement on my end, but a lot of anxiety too!! The older my children get is the more that I want life just to slow down.

Time goes by so fast. Just think of all the time it will save you with her driving. At times I might be a little jealous! Good luck with everything! :)

I can see how this would all make you feel old, but it has to make you feel more free at the same time. I mean, by next school year no more driving to Seminary! That has to be the most wonderful thing a parent getis when their kids learn how to drive.

Little Ashley is going to be driving! I'll bet she is so excited! As for you .....enjoy each exciting stage of life! You are still young and this is a fun thing you can do together. Good luck to the both of you!

This is when you know for sure there is a God, when we actually let teenagers drive. Now I know I am old!! You are still very, very young and have beautiful girls!!!

I felt old and was old when my oldest baby was born at age 34. By the time I'm in your shoes, I'll practically be ready to enter a care facility! I feel for you!
