At last!!

Well I think its safe to say that I'm on the tail end of a very long training!! On Sunday after everyone got in their naps I decided to start potty training Hannah, this is something I dread doing more then almost anything!! It's something that I start dreading within days of giving birth to each of my children, one of the biggest reasons my kids are as spread out as they are, because I can't even think have having another baby until the one is out of diapers, but on day 5 and only 4 accidents, each that took place on the first couple days I must say I am pretty proud of Hannah!! She is able to tell me when she needs to potty and with the help of her older sisters it wasn't half as bad as what I thought it would be.

Now if I can just tackle the staying dry at night?? I could have my rose colored glasses on but I don't remember dealing with this with my other girls, any suggestions??

You really feel old.....

I thought that I felt old when my oldest daughter went to Kindergarten!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter went to middle school!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter went to Young Women's!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter went to the mall with her friends by herself!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter starting wearing make up!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter starting talking to me about boys!

I thought I felt old when my oldest daughter went to high school! But.............

I'm pretty sure this is the oldest I felt so far...... my oldest daughter started Drivers Ed today!!!!

It is so crazy to think that I have a child who is starting Drivers Ed and can be driving with a permit in such a short amount of time. With her receiving her drivers license comes some excitement on my end, but a lot of anxiety too!! The older my children get is the more that I want life just to slow down.

No Thank You!!

Hannah's favorite thing to say right now for something she doesn't want or doesn't want to do is:

" No thank you!!"

I ask, " Hannah would you like a sandwich, cereal, waffle, noodles?"

Hannah, " No thank you!! I want a brownie."

This is the response I get when I ask her to eat anything remotely nutritious!!

I ask, " Hannah do you want to go potty like a big girl?"

Hannah, " No thank you!!"

I ask, "Hannah would you clean up, get dressed, brush your hair?"

Hannah, " No thank you!!"

I guess at least she is using her manners, I do always tell her to use them??
