Christmas Eve

We woke up to the most beautiful huge snowflakes falling from the sky it was pretty magical. Our Christmas Eve was pure bliss we had no where to go and spent the day baking, playing in the snow, drinking hot chocolate, and watching Christmas movies.

We had a yummy dinner of steak, shrimp scampi, garlic mashed potatoes, ceaser salad, sparkling cider and chocolate pie for dessert.

 Madi did a beautiful family home evening lesson that helped us focus on the birth of our Savior, the kids gave each other their secret Santa gifts, Hannah and Mason set out cookies and milk for Santa, and Mike and I ended the night watching "It's a Wonderful Life."

Mason Christmas program/gingerbread night

I got teary eyed watching my little guy up there singing, it was one of those times in your life where you just want to stop time and keep them little forever. This little boy totally has my heart!
