Halloween festivities

With all of us usually going in a 100 different directions, it was nice to spend the night as a family decorating Halloween cookies, carving pumpkins and watching Hocus Pocus. It was a great night!!

Fall

Every year at the end of summer I get super sad that summer is over. I really think I forget how much I LOVE fall! We've had amazing weather thus far and I am loving all that fall is bringing with it! The vibrant colors, leaves falling, pumpkin baking, warmer clothes, Friday night football games, yummy soups, pumpkins on porches and the return of The Walking Dead!

With every changing season, I am reminded of what a beautiful state I live in.. Seriously Nebraska is beautiful!

Laci and Mike's visit

Laci and Michael came out for a visit, it was super fun and as always we were sad to see them go.

While they were here we did a lot of fun things! We went to the Zoo, dinner at Upstream brewery to celebrate Mike turning the big 3-0, Vala's pumpkin patch,(which is amazing) the Old Market, the movies, shopping, eating out, movie nights and a couple of DIY projects. 

Loved every minute of their visit and can't wait till next year when they visit again!

Soccer

Hannah's soccer team had an amazing season! They finished 5-1-1.

 I am so proud of Hannah she has really came out of her shell and has gained so much confidence!
