The proposal

Ashley got engaged!! We are so happy for her and Jake, and are excited to have Jake in our family!

Jake did an awesome job with surprising Ashley, Jake took Mike and I to dinner about a week before the engagement and asked us for our blessings and invited us to be part of the proposal.

The night he proposed he had his parents and Mike and I arrive at the "Whisper Dome" an hour before he and Ashley were to arrive, he had us setup with pictures of the two of them tied along the railing and then spell out "Marry Me" with tea light candles. It was beautiful and Ashley was totally surprised!!

Utah

We had a wonderful trip to Utah!

We did a lot of fun things while we were there! We went on a beautiful hike, had icecream at "Leatherbys", bowling, bonfires, lots of BBQ's, swimming, the annual Grandma's carnival, we got to experience "Waffle Love", ( yummy) family reunions, "Keys on Main", mini golfing, shopping, going out to dinner, drive-in movie,  and spending a whole lot of quality time with our loved ones!

Flaming Gorge

We started our vacation to Utah with a stop to my parents home in Flaming Gorge. My brothers, their families and  my dad meet us up there, it broke up the long drive and it was great to be back there we haven't been there in a long time! We had a great weekend of swimming at swim beach, riding the four wheelers, playing games, chatting around the fire and of course s'mores!

 We can't wait to go back!

Hannah's baptism

It's not every day that you get to be baptized with your best friend.

Hannah and Holly got to get baptized together, it was a cute sight. Hannah was baptized first and then stood by the door to the font dripping wet and watched her friend go next, it was very sweet.

We are so proud of Hannah and her decision to be baptized.  This little girl melts my heart every day!
