O Christmas tree

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. I have all my Christmas Decor up, lights up on the outside of the house,(first time ever!!) Christmas music playing and some of my Christmas shopping done! Love this time of the year, let all the fun traditions begin!

Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving our good friends the Williams' invited us up to their parents house in South Dakota. We all had a great time preparing Thanksgiving, relaxing, watching movies, shopping, eating, playing games and making good memories.
We are thankful for great friends!

Thankful

I am so thankful for my five healthy and beautiful children! I am so blessed to able to be their Mom and to give them hugs and kisses on a daily basis.

Time out for women

I was able to go to Kansas City for "Time out for Women" with my favorite women of Omaha. On Friday night we went to the Power and Light district for sushi. On Saturday we spent the day listening to inspirational stories that left me feeling very blessed for the wonderful life that I have. We also fit in some Smash Burgers and shopping... great weekend!

Class Parties and the Parade

It was nice to have the girls back in a school that actually celebrated "Halloween" ... not a "Fall Festival", but good old Halloween with costumes and all!
Emily and Hannah both had cute little class parties and a parade to finish it off.

Our week with Grandma and Grandpa

We fit a lot in while Grandma and Grandpa Hobbs were here, we went to the Zoo, Old market, Kanesville Tabernacle, Kansas City, Standing Bear lake, the girls Primary program, a lot of haircuts and hair coloring, the girls Halloween parties and parade, baking, yummy dinners and Trick-or-treating! We had a great visit and are thankful for all the visitors we receive.
