Homecoming

For homecoming Madi went with a big group of her friends! Hannah and I went with Madi to get her nails and a pedicure. Hannah and her friend Holly got their nails painted while we waited. 

Finally

Mason finally lost his first tooth! He was wiggling it for quite a while and was happy when it finally fell out and he could get a visit from the tooth fairy!

Mason turns 6

Mason turned 6 today! We celebrated with his favorite, Chuck-E-Cheese, pizza, presents and cake and ice cream! 

Kansas City

Paul, Michelle and Mckenzie came out for a visit over Labor Day. We took them to Old market on Saturday and showed them all our downtown has to offer(which is pretty amazing if I do say so myself)

we tried out a new yummy restaurant, and then went home and had a movie night. In the morning we went to Kansas City. We went swimming in our hotel pool, and then went and had some yummy BBQ. We spent the next day eating, eating and more eating. (Kansas City is known for its BBQ after all) It was a great visit and we're thankful for their trip out to visit us!

Mason started kindergarten, after 21 years of having a little at my side, I am all alone during the day. (Sigh)

Happy Birthday Em

Emily turned 13 while we were visiting in Utah! She spent the day with her cousins, then we took her to dinner, had cake and she finished off her night at her Aunt Laci's house watching movies.

Emery Rusty

Oh be still my heart! Being a Mimi is pretty indescribable, our family is just in love with this little guy! It was a pretty amazing experience watching my baby becoming a mother herself!
